Personal Training sessions are an ideal way to get individualized strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training. By utilizing the TRX Suspension system, BOSUs, ViPR, free weights, a power rack, body weight, and more, our certified trainers will help you reach your physical goals! All sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Our certified Pilates instructors will specifically construct your sessions based upon your individual needs. Clients will have access to the Stott Reformers, Ladder Barrel, Chair and Spine Corrector. All sessions are 50 minutes in length.
