PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require 24-hour notice to cancel any private session. Less than 24 hours notice results in a fee of the single session price being charged to your credit card or package on file.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I "NO SHOW" FOR A PRIVATE OR P.T. APPOINTMENT?
If you have an appointment & fail to cancel/show up, full price will be charged to your card on file or package.
WHAT ARE SMALL GROUP SESSIONS GUIDELINES, CANCELLATION POLICIES?
We require 12-hour notice to cancel any class sessions. Less than 12 hours notice results in a single class session being charged to your card on file or taken from your series.
****ALL new clients to Kinesis or Pilates must take a private or have instructor approval to join any Reformer small group.****
(This is to assess equipment safety and a basic knowledge of Pilates principles.)
WHAT IF I HAVE PILATES EXPERIENCE AT ANOTHER STUDIO?
Our studio requires at least one private with one of our instructors to determine your knowledge of pilates principles as well as equipment safety on our reformers. Prior to attending any of our small group pilates classes, new clients must attend at minimum 1 private & be cleared by one of our instructors.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
We recommend you bring a towel & water bottle. Kinesis offers filtered water for your convenience. You just need to bring a container! Water is available for sale as well for $1.
